- Tie COnnections Customer Portal provides our customers with instant online access to their interactions with Tie National Accounts. When logged on, customers are able to open and track service orders, review equipment, voice, and data inventory, request quotes and view invoices from their desktop.
Optional Services:
- Site Survey – Tie National will perform an on-site survey to identify and verify equipment and services and update the Tie COnnections database.
- Monthly invoice expense monitoring / management
Telecom Services Audit are invoiced at a percentage of the identified annualized savings.
