Tie National offers complete IT asset management. Whether you have locations that are closing or consolidating, or you’ve accumulated an inventory of technology over the years, we can help assure that these assets are accounted for, assessed, inventoried, and redeployed as needed. Tie conducts an on-site visit to identify and track each asset, and coordinates shipping to our central warehouse where assets are received, catalogued and stored for redeployment. Your organization has 24/7 access via the Tie COnnections web portal.
Tie National’s Asset Inventory Management provides these services:
- Warehouses your excess IT assets including telephone sets, telephones systems, and data networking equipment at a Tie National secured warehouse
- Creates an excess equipment inventory database, accessible via Tie COnnections customer web portal
- Ships requested inventory items to desired location
- Provides installation services for excess equipment if desired.
- Repairs and refurbishes equipment as needed or as defined by standard stock levels
- Properly disposes of equipment no longer required to be inventoried following required Green policies and EPA requirements
- Coordinates sale of equipment no longer required to be inventoried when feasible
- Notifies accounting department of asset redeployment, disposal, or sale.
